Throughout his active years, Le Parc, whenever it was necessary, leaving out the texts he wrote conjointly with the GRAV, came up with personal texts either relating his experiences, or analyzing a situation, or to answer questions, or to make a proposal. Among these texts, there are recurrent themes which might seem redundant, but, as we chose them, show the development of the artist’s way of thinking and of his will to be active in the cultural and politic scene of the moment. So they should be read as a chronicle linked to circumstances, without any other ambition than to be written in the present tense. |
